Senior Manager- Operations
Govind severe as a Senior Manager. He presently provides guidance and mentorship to over 50 people including data quality executives and field executives working full-time and on-contract for Maction. His career as a field cum quality manager is the result of more than 20 years’ experience in the field of market research.
He has previously worked for research biggies like IMRB, Nielsen, HRG, ORG-MARG and RSMRS. Govind is also responsible for vendor management, project budget planning, and managing on-field logistics for the smooth deployment of the resources. His areas of expertise include CAPI, CATI, CAWI, Group Discussions, Focus Groups, In-depth interviews, etc.
Govind has a MBA in Marketing Management from National Insititute of Management, Ahmedabad. He enjoys being outdoor especially in the mountains. He loves to explore new cultures and destinations.
