Senior Manager- Insights
Dr. Shikha serves as a Senior Manager- Insights. She started out as an academician and has a doctorate in the field of marketing with several publications to her name.
She manages a diverse set of projects for Maction and is responsible for developing new research methods, discussion guides and questionnaire design. Shikha envisions the roadmap for driving strategy, insights generation, and implementing operational policies aligned with the organizational mandate.
Shikha holds PhD (Management) and MBA (HR and Marketing) from Kurukshetra University. She is fond of music and exploring new places.
