Venkateshwar Padmanabhan an engineer in Computer Science with Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM-A, with an experience of 31 years post-MBA in the fields of business & product development & marketing of financial products, education, research & training. He has had P & L responsibility of MET’s Institute of International studies and in a dual capacity also taught management subjects in the Schools of Management, where he was promoted as approved professor with Mumbai University. He has addressed and counselled more than 10,000 students across country in 50 cities, moved over to head the projects in JBCN Group of School in May’07 handling the set up Spring Field and JBCN brand of international schools across the country. Beginning 2017 Venkat has been involved in Leadership Coaching through Coaching Embedded Organisational Development Engagement (CODE) across leading corporate houses! His personal stamp has been that Every intervention he conducts has a powerful intent attached to it through his powerful mindfulness techniques which gives the participants the much sought after breakthroughs across diverse areas! while some of them have significant breakthroughs right after the program, what he always stresses upon is continued practice for long lasting sustaining impact!
